Arabic Gum Powder

Gum arabic, also known as meska and acacia gum, is a resin obtained from a tree native to Africa and the Middle East.

The powdered form is a binder, emulsifier, and thickening agent used extensively in the food industry, especially in the manufacture of chewing gum and candy. Gum arabic is also used to make watercolor paints and shoe polish. The powder is commonly used to make incense, often blended with other ground herbs and resins.

Best and fresh

I'm glad I found NY Spice Shop, they have the best varieties and large quantities. Each package is sealed air tight in a thick plastic bag. All my herbs are top quality I feel healthier at 62 than ever before.
