First, bring a pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, using a skillet, heat (3) minced cloves
of garlic and some pepper flakes in (1/4) cup of olive oil. Next, add and saute (1) a pound of tofu. Cook BonaChia Spinach Fettuccine for three minutes. Ladle (1/2) a cup of hot pasta water into the skillet, then drain pasta. After that, place the noodles in the skillet, adding lemon juice, zest, and parsley as needed. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
