I love everything about this spice. The color, the fragrance, the taste.
The NY Spice house is the only place to buy Middle Eastern spices in my opinion. Spices from this store are always fresh, reasonably priced, and add an exotic touch to any Middle Eastern recipe.

Truly FLAVORFUL and authentic tasting Spices!

I looked for this in 3 major grocery stores, 1 of which has a very impressive spice collection, and couldn't find it. The employee for this section had never heard of it and I needed it for a Lebanese kibbeh recipe I wanted to try. I'm glad I didn't make it until I ordered this from The NY Spice House. The flavor is amazing and has a bright lemony quality but is so much more than that.
