Bilberry Leaf also known as European blueberry, bilberry is a shrub closely related to huckleberry, cranberry and American blueberry. While the dark fruit is a rich source of antioxidant anthocyanosides, bilberry leaf also offers free radical-scavenging compounds, including catechins, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonols and proanthocyanidins.
