Shipping Policy

At NY Spice Shop our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live within the United States of America . Every day, we deliver to our loyal customers the USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Customer Information Accuracy:

Any shipping issues caused due to the inaccuracy of information provided by customer is solely the customer's responsibility.

We currently only using two shipping service providers:

• USPS and UPS
• Shipping rate are according to the weight of the product(s), once your shipping address has been entered our system will offer different delivery options from both shipping carriers, and than calculate the total shipping cost. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our US orders are shipped  via US Postal Service product and or UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
