kelp Powder (Ascophyllum Nodosum)

Size

Kelp is a type of brown seaweed harvested from the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Although the plant lacks a root system, it manages to set perch on the rocky terrain of the ocean floor with a foot-like apparatus appropriately called a holdfast. For this reason, kelp is also commonly known as rockweed.

Like other seaweeds, kelp is sometimes referred to as a “superfood” (or superfood) because it is highly nutritious. In fact, it’s an excellent source of amino acids as well as minerals, including calcium and iodine.
