Our roll consists of Malban that is filled with our pistachios and dried apricots. A wonderful taste that offers a hint of rose water flavor. Chewy outside, tender inside

This is my first time trying any kind of malban and I quite enjoyed it. The center is softer with the crunch of nuts, and the outside wrap is chewy apricot. I like the contrast of flavors and textures. I can see getting this again. Very fresh.
