I did not receive products I ordered. This has occured each time I place an order and they are typically larger orders. Instead of asking me what I would like, I am given something close to what my original order was. I am allergic to eating hazelnuts and would NEVER order what was sent. You do not send labels to return things and the freshness of what I did order was very poor. This was my final time ordering from you, hoping I would actually get everything I ordered, or at least prices deducted from my order for products you did not have, not just randomly through in something I did not ask for. Will not order from you again. All Turkish Delight was old, received original with hazelnuts and almond….gross… I threw it away and too disappointed with your poor customer service to call you or write to you again. I have spent hundreds of dollars. Even the other things taste old, have been sitting with other products and have the flavors of those things… I am Middle Eastern, I do know what this stuff is and it is NOT supposed to smell or taste like and I know what is supposed to taste like too. The Rose Turkish Delight was dried out, crumbly, the pomegranate was flavorless, in fact tasted like Rose and I did not get the number of Fruit flavors I ordered and again did not get a PLAIN original flavor. If I wanted nuts in it, I would have ordered it. Do not recommend this company for anything and will never order again.
