Ingredients:

Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom

Directions:

First, using a small pot add (1) tsp of Golden Milk Blend to (1-1/2) cups of milk or dairy-free alternative. Stir to combine. Next, simmer for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Finally, pour into a cup, and sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Enjoy!
