Pomegranates seeds are also known as “Anar Dana” in subcontinent region. These seeds are separated from the pomegranate fruit and dried in a dehydrator or in a sunlight for later use. They are red brown in color, slightly crunchy and hard. They are dried but little sticky in nature. Its flavor is almost like tamarind and infused with natural pomegranate taste.
