Yellow Mustard Seeds - (Sarso Whole)

The Yellow Mustard Seeds also known as Sarson or Saroon Seeds in Indian sub-continent region. Sometimes they are also known as white mustard seeds. The seeds are light yellow in colour and hard as usual seeds. Seeds have unique earthy flavor and get pungent on low-medium heat. Yellow Mustard Seeds can give a very pleasant unique aromatic smell while roasting. People used yellow mustard seeds to add in pickles as a spice blend and in brine solution for preservation. It is also used in making achar gosht, flavoring sausages and boiled sauté veggies. It can pair well with our, Fennel Seeds, Garlic Salt & Parsley.
