Our Sriracha Sea Salt is a simple way to add the sweet chile heat of authentic sriracha sauce to finished foods just before serving. Natural sea salt is blended with the sweet, hot, garlicky flavors of real sriracha sauce in a convenient, shelf-stable form.

Sriracha-style hot sauce has become wildly popular since the first commercial products debuted in California in the 1980s. The name sriracha refers to the town of Sri Racha, a port town in Thailand where the founder of one of the most successful commercial sriracha sauce companies was born. The town is well-known for the high quality of its seafood, which is typically accompanied by a sauce made from ripe red chiles ground with garlic and seasoned with palm sugar and fish sauce.
