Citrus & Ginger Spice Blend

Citrus and ginger are a popular combination for commingling the warmth of spicy ginger and sweet, acidic citrus.

We added complementary Asian flavors of honey, coconut palm sugar, soy sauce, and star anise for a convenient all-in-one seasoning blend.

Uses:

• Enhance the flavor of any fish, chicken, or meat dish
• Lightly oil meat or fish and gently rub in the spice
• Add to meat or vegetables to add flavor to stir-fry

Store in a dry, cool place.
