Our Whole Dried Ginger is made from fresh ginger which is washed and then cut into pieces. It is then placed outside in a controlled area to be dried by the sun using a method called sun drying. It is golden yellow in color and warm and rich in taste. In the Indian subcontinent, it is also known as “Kushk-adrak”, and it is also famous among Chinese spices. It carries strong antioxidant properties and is used in many homeopathic medicines.

Out Whole Dried Ginger can also be ground into a powder that can be sprinkled over rice, curries, and pickles to increase their flavor and aroma profile. It can also be used in teas to aid in weight loss and digestion. It is used around the world in a variety of dishes such as stir-fries, gingerbread, French bread, sauces, pies, cookies, marinates, and drinks.
