I cannot tell you how great this tastes. I use it in pork and steak mostly, but occasionally on chicken. I am an AVID A1 user, but when I use this seasoning, I can't bring myself to use A1. Taste great and a good buy
I never cook beef w/out putting this on it anymore. Great hint of smoke flavor but not too over powering. Not spicy but good flavor. I have used this to make beef jerky and just on steaks for the grill. So far our favorite is mixing it w/some salt, Worchester sauce, and red wine vinegar and marinating chunks for kabobs in it. I have done up the marinade and meat in zip lock bags and put in the freezer and it seems to really infuse and tenderize that way. Just pull a bag out to thaw and voila...kabobs made easy!
