Mung Beans are small green legumes which is also known as “Green Bean or Bean Sprouts”. It is mostly cultivated in Asia and subcontinent. These Mung beans have vitamin B along with copper, manganese, folate potassium and zinc. You can sprout these beans by soaking in water for 3 to 4 hours and then drain the water and put it in a bowl for a day to germinate it.
